World Cup Camps- athletes ages 11-14 |

At ELITEAM, our goal is to educate young athletes about the importance of Sports Physiology, Sports Psychology, and Sports Nutrition. We will expose the campers to new mental and physical challenges and give them the skills needed to overcome perceived limits, and to realize the potential of both their mind and body.
At ELITEAM, we teach the campers not only how to work out, but more importantly, why. They'll learn innovative strength and speed training exercises, and how those exercises will help them to perform better. We'll give them proven techniques to handle stress, race anxiety and fear, and then let the campers practice these techniques in safe, yet realistic and exciting situations. We'll also have them in the kitchen baking healthy bread, muffins or cookies, as well as discussing nutritional analysis, and how it relates to performance in sports. In our daily meetings, we'll reinforce what they've learned each day by studying the ELITEAM notebook.
In these World Cup camps, the kids will learn new skills that they can apply not only to their sport, but also to school, and life in general. The World Cup sessions are packed with learning, new experiences, new friends, and tons of fun!
Most importantly, the learning does not stop at the end of the camp. The ELITEAM Notebook and Journal, which explains each concept and exercise, will be given to each athlete for her/his use and reference at home.
NEW in 2013... ELITEAM is offering a World Cup Camp in Park City, Utah!
The Park City camp will have the same focus as the Vermont World Cups, but utilize the U.S. Ski Team's Center of Excellence facility. ELITEAM has partnered with the U.S. Ski Team to provide unprecedented and exclusive access to the Center's teaching, testing and training areas. During the week, the campers will have the opportunity to meet and workout with World Cup winner Steve Nyman and other current U.S. Ski Team athletes and trainers.
ELITEAM will also take advantage of the many great outdoor athletic resources found in and around Park City. We will be hiking, biking, running, climbing and jumping all over the Wasatch mountains. Housing will be at the National Ability Center, just yards away from the Center.
WORLD CUP ACTIVITES: Ropes courses, rock wall climbing, sand pits, soccer, running, hiking, mountain biking, yoga & stretching, funky dance, obstacle courses, dryland slalom, water sprints, strength training, USST exercises, cooking, team sports. Europa Cup Camps - athletes ages 8-11 |

These camps are geared to the younger athlete where the focus is on introducing the basics of Sports Physiology, Sports Psychology, and Sports Nutrition. The kids will be exposed to many new activities in a safe and fun environment. They'll be in the woods challenging themselves to reach higher, on the field pushing each other to go farther, and working together to accomplish team goals. They'll even spend some time in the kitchen cooking their own healthy energy snacks. Throughout the camp, they’ll learn how their mind and body affect performance, as well as strive for personal bests and, of course, make some new friends!
We keep the elements simple and the message clear — by becoming a "complete" athlete, you will be more confident, perform better, and have more fun! Most importantly, the learning does not stop at the end of the camp. The ELITEAM Notebook and Journal, which explains each concept and exercise, will be given to each athlete for her/his use and reference at home.
