2017 GENERAL REGISTRATION INFO
Registration Lottery- February 1st-5th:
Due to high demand ELITEAM uses a lottery system for registration. To participate in the 2017 lottery, submit an "Enrollment Request" for your child anytime February 1st-5th (Wed-Sun). The lottery officially closes on Sunday, February 5th @ 10pm EST.
To submit an “enrollment request”, login to your account via the Parent Dashboard (for existing families). New families can create an account by clicking the "New Family" link in the side bar. Once in your account, click on the “Enrollment” tab and follow the prompts.
The lottery will take place the week of February 6th. All Camp Lists and Wait Lists will be posted online February 13. Official Camp Confirmations and Wait List notices will be sent directly to all lottery participants February 14-17. If your child gets into camp via the lottery, your credit card on file will be charged a $250 deposit fee.
Option to Decline Period:
If your child gets into camp, you will have until Friday, February 24 @ 10pm EST to decline the registration and receive a full refund of your deposit. Please note, however, that deposits become non-refundable after February 24th. (See Registration Policies below.)
Post Lottery Registration:
After February 5, all enrollment requests will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis for any remaining spots or for the wait list.
If you had a child attend ELITEAM last year, you already have an ELITEAM account and you may submit an "enrollment request" for your child via the Parent Dashboard. If you have a child that is new to ELITEAM, you can add a new family member to your existing account.
If you are a new to ELITEAM, use the "New Family" link to create an ELITEAM account and then submit an "enrollment request" for your child.
2017 REGISTRATION POLICIES
Enrollment Requests & Deposits:
No deposits are required to submit an 'enrollment request'. However, your credit card information will be collected when you submit a request. Your card will ONLY be charged a deposit fee if your child receives a spot in one of the camps. If your child lands on a Wait List, you will not be charged a deposit fee. Deposits are $250. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.*
NOTE- * The one exception to the non-refundable/non-transferable deposit policy is the 'option to decline' period for athletes registered via the lottery only. The 2017 'option to decline' deadline is Friday, February 24th.
The balance of your child's tuition will automatically be charged to your account on June 1st. If we do not receive payment, or hear from you by June 8th to let us know when to expect payment, we will assume that your plans have changed. We will cancel your camp reservation and register the first child on the waiting list. (Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Discover cards accepted. Sorry, no checks.)
Wait List Policy:
When all openings have been filled, applicants’ names are placed on separate wait lists for boys and girls, by session, in the order in which they are received. You can add your child's name to the wait list via the Registration link by submitting an enrollment request. There is no fee to be on the Wait List, and it is ok to add your child's name to multiple Wait Lists. For more information about the Wait Lists, click here.
