WELCOME TO ELITEAM!

ELITEAM is more than a set of conditioning camps and team-building programs for people young and old. It is a philosophy. It is a way of life where the focus is on fun, healthy living, setting goals and pushing your limits, both mentally and physically. It’s learning about yourself, your teammates, or your co-workers, and using that insight to grow as an individual, as a family, or as a corporation. Oh, and did we mention, it’s FUN!

Whether your goal is to make the US Ski team, become a better athlete, bond with your buddies, or just do something you’ve never done before, ELITEAM can help make it happen!

Two-time Olympian, Doug Lewis, will be your personal coach, guide, and motivator.

Below is a list of ELITEAM’s programs.

Conditioning Camps for Young Athletes

2008 Dates!

Europa Cup: July 16-19, 2008
World Cup 1: July 21-26, 2008
World Cup 2: July 28-Aug 2, 2008

These four and six day camps are designed for athletes ages 8-14, who not only want to become stronger, faster, and more confident, but also want to have fun! ELITEAM is unique in its way of teaching these young athletes the three often overlooked concepts of Sports Physiology, Sports Psychology, and Sports Nutrition. Through our "hands-on" approach, ELITEAM involves the athlete in the education process. Activities such as rock wall climbing, ropes courses, and race situations will be used to teach focus, mental imagery skills, and stress management. Mountain biking, running, and ski specific exercises will be used to understand the body’s physiological functions. And by baking bread and energy bars, and nutritionally evaluating a variety of foods, the athletes discover how diet can affect general health and performance. ELITEAM's goal is simple — to develop healthy, confident, "complete" athletes.

Group Programs – Corporate, Adult, Other

These half and full day programs are for corporations, adults, and mixed groups. ELITEAM's main goal is to help these groups and individuals learn about themselves, learn about their co-workers or friends, and above all, to have fun! Corporate groups will be presented with both physical and mental challenges, which will help their team improve their cooperation and communication. Other groups, such as Parent/Child, Families, or Wedding Parties, will have a day to remember as they cheer on their friends and bond together to conquer all challenges!
