Frequently Asked Questions

What is your procedure for handling injuries & medical emergencies?

We have a part-time Athletic Trainer on staff to monitor existing injuries during the week and evaluate any new injuries that occur at camp. Ex. sprains, strains, etc. She will check in with injured athletes both at breakfast and again at lunch see how things are going and to tape injuries if necessary.

We also have a Physical Therapist on call for more serious injuries. If necessary, we'll have the therapist evaluate your child's injury and then call you directly with a report. However, in the event of a serious injury that requires an emergency room visit, every effort will be made to contact you prior to seeking treatment.
